Biggest changes

Apart from the new Champions League format, not much will change in the Premier League next season. Of course, there will be the usual change of clubs. This season, sadly, we will have to say goodbye to Luton Town, Burnley and Sheffield United. These clubs have not been able to find their feet in the Premier League so far.

However, Leicester City (with cult hero Jamie Vardy) and Southampton are returning to the Premier League. Leicester City were crowned champions in the Championship and Southampton won the play-off final against Leeds United. The latest team to return to the Premier League are Ipswich Town. After 22 years, they are back! Superfan and shirt sponsor Ed Sheeran saw his club finish second and secure their place in the Premier League.
